Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & Courses

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access is granted, in compliance with Section 42(2)(f) of the Consumer Protection Act.

2. Coaching & Services

Refunds for coaching services are not available after the first session has been completed. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 7 days to discuss alternative solutions.

3. Exceptional Cases

If you believe you qualify for a refund due to extraordinary circumstances, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and in line with South African consumer protection laws.

Cancellation Policy

1. Course & Digital Product Cancellations

Since access is granted immediately, cancellations do not apply.

2. Coaching & Services Cancellations

Coaching sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.

3. Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be given for the remaining period after cancellation.

4. Fixed-Term Agreements

Under South African law, consumers may cancel fixed-term agreements with 20 business days' written notice. A reasonable cancellation fee may apply, considering factors such as the service provided and timing of cancellation.
